QUYEN TANG PSY.D.
Dr. Quyen Tang joined Fuller Diagnostics as a post-doctoral resident in neuropsychology in 2024. He completed his Psy.D. in counseling psychology at St. Thomas University in Minnesota. During his graduate education, he spent one year in a private practice setting conducting neuropsychological evaluations with school-aged children, and two years in community mental health settings, providing therapy to clients with severe mental illness. Dr. Tang completed his pre-doctoral internship in Anchorage at Providence Family Medicine Center (PFMC) as a behavioral health consultant, where he provided therapy and conducted assessments for patients and their families. At PFMC, he completed rotations in substance use disorder treatment, refugee behavioral health screening, and obstetric psychosocial assessment.
Dr. Tang is originally from Seattle, Washington. He completed his undergraduate education at Seattle University before moving to North Carolina where he was a clinical research coordinator for microbiome and eating disorder research studies. He moved to Minnesota in 2018 for graduate school where he became cold-weather hardened. Dr. Tang has lived in Anchorage since 2022 with his husband and their two cats, Graham and Momo.
