RICHARD D. FULLER, Ph.D.

Dr. Richard Fuller  provides comprehensive assessment, consultation, and intervention services for adult, geriatric, and adolescents with traumatic brain injury as well as developmental or neurological concerns.  Evaluations are designed to meet the needs of individual patients and answer questions posed by referring physicians and other clinicians.  Evaluation findings are discussed with patients and/or relevant significant others, and a comprehensive written report is generated.  Results provide diagnostic clarification and recommendations regarding effective therapeutic interventions.  Dr. Fuller is an experienced, licensed psychologist with additional training in the neurological consequences of medical conditions and other cognitive risk factors on behavioral and cognitive functioning. 

 Educational Background

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Louisiana State University with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology that included a minor in Behavioral Neurology.

  • Postdoctoral fellowship in Medical Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychological Assessment at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.

  • Internship at Western State Hospital in Tacoma, Washington

  • Licensed psychologist in the State of Alaska since 1997.
